**Job Summary**

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing solutions support to our customers through various contact platforms, including phone, email, chat, or social media. You'll research and provide forward-thinking solutions for shipment issues, utilizing your interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from home and occasionally visit our Memphis facility for training and meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide solutions support to customers through various contact platforms, including phone, email, chat, or social media
* Research and provide forward-thinking solutions for shipment issues, leading to positive customer interactions
* Utilize interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Personal computer (PC) ability
* Good verbal and writing skills
* Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Customer service call center experience
* General computer skills, including ability to navigate multiple software packages and applications
* Multitasking and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
