**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and in-person, resolving customer queries and concerns, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer queries and concerns, including addressing issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
* Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine and resolve complex customer issues
* Work as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or in-person
* Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
* Past customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient business writing skills
* Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 wpm
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills
* Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
* Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual abilities a plus
