**Job Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our Remote Data Entry position, you will be responsible for:

* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
* Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
* Investigating to acquire missing remedy data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
* Settling all information passages related to special cases.
* Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school recognition or GED.
* Fundamental level PC abilities (for instance: fire up and close down PC, use the mouse to point and snap, begin and close projects, switch between programs, save records, print reports, and additionally access data online).
* Essential Web search tools abilities to incorporate opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, utilizing a web crawler, bookmarking a webpage, exploring back/forward/stop fastens, and finishing up structures on the web.
