**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
* Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, solving routine and complex problems, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
* Documenting activity to blithequark's system, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to established company standards and procedures
* Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Cross-training in other positions within the department, including Dispatch, and performing these functions as needed
* Maintaining a high level of productivity, handling an average of 11 calls per hour per eight-hour shift after four months in the position
* Adhering to work schedule, displaying flexibility and adaptability to change, and executing and prioritizing multiple tasks
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
* A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers
* Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
* Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
* Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* Computer knowledge, with proficiency in operating phone systems and entering orders manually via fax process
* Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
* Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
* High-speed internet for remote work
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field
* Knowledge of medical terminology and industry-specific software
