* Continuously learning and training to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
* Updating job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A professional work ethic and strong phone and verbal communication skills
* The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
* Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues
* Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
* A minimum typing speed of 25wpm
* The ability to identify and escalate priority issues
* Quiet workspace and high-speed internet access
* Bi-lingual skills (Spanish or French) are a plus, but not required

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
