**About This Job:**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate. This role will involve supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Work planning support:** Collaborate with the Internal Body Shop to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources.
- **Client communication and coordination:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Vehicle appearance arrangement:** Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearance, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
- **Rental coordination and hand off:** Coordinate with clients to arrange for rental vehicles and ensure a smooth hand-off process.
- **Material and supplies reordering:** Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure the Body Shop has the necessary resources to complete repairs.
- **Fix survey and conveyance:** Conduct surveys to ensure repairs meet quality standards and arrange for conveyance of vehicles to clients.

**What You'll Bring:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Crash Fix or a related discipline.
- **Communication skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear guidance to clients.
- **Interpersonal skills:** Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- **Microsoft Office experience:** Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- **Leadership skills:** Ability to train and mentor others, as needed.
- **Adaptability:** Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
