We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote inbound call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry, helping truckers who need roadside assistance. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your specific duties will include:

* Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
* Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
* Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
* Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
* Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
* Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
* Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
* Work from home experience preferred
* History of great attendance
* Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
* PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
* Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
* Strong technical skills
* Must be articulate and professional
* Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other web applications
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Experience with sales or upselling
