**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing price quotes, booking reservations, and confirming reservation details
* Utilizing software provided to take down customer information and communicate with clients via Whatsapp
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
* Logging in and out of shifts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the next agent
* Communicating ahead of time if unable to cover a shift or day due to unforeseen circumstances
* Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations

**Essential Qualifications**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in using software and technology to manage customer interactions
