**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Receiving and documenting customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner
* Following company procedures and inputting accurate trip data into systems
* Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department
* Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
* Reviewing and educating members on services and insurance coverage

**What Is Required (Qualifications)**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience
* 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
* Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
* Typing speed of 35wpm or more
