**Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the demands of the role.
* Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and comprehend tagging procedures, rules, and guidelines.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft.
* Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Arrangement.
* Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space.
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to convey information and directions verbally or via radio equipment.
