**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
* Building rapport with customers and providing personalized solutions to their inquiries
* Maintaining accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
* Proficiency in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently reviewing educational materials
* Clearly communicating all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Extraordinary Proposals, to customers
* Leading phases of preparation to sellers on advancements and extraordinary offers
* Leading post-buy advancements reviews with customers
* Adhering to all established policies and procedures
* May be required to work in a contact center channel
* Other duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or contact center environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
