**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to offer solutions and recommendations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with sales and upselling techniques
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
