**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer care to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide product information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products and services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and technology
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
