**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Monitoring phone queues to ensure proper coverage and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing product knowledge to suggest items to customers, inform them about product choices, and manage customer expectations around order status, product availability, and more
* Providing feedback to management regarding current customer service processes and procedures to help us continually improve
* Maintaining all quality, productivity, reliability, and sales performance standards
* Assisting with overflow calls from other concepts when needed
* Responding to emails and live chat in a way that reflects our brand voice and provides exceptional customer experiences
* Developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues efficiently

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment
* Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to navigate our CRM system
* The ability to type quickly and accurately, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
* A quiet, secure home workspace, and the ability to be available to accept customer contacts
* A flexible schedule that may include early morning, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, especially during peak seasons
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
