**Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

- **Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and update account information as needed.
- **Able to up-sell if needed:** Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, and provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
- **Able to schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs:** Coordinate with customers to schedule call backs or appointments, and ensure that their needs are met.

**Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications:**
