**Key Responsibilities**

* Record calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiate required confirmation
* Process customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
* Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
* Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
* Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
* Basic communication skills
* Ability to follow oral and written directions
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
