**What You'll Do**

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Completing daily tasks related to account processing, including check processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers
* Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
* Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
* Working on member cases and projects assigned to you
* Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws
* Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
* Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
* Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
* Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching
* Completing daily balancing and department closing
* Obtaining information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
* Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
* Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
* Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
* Depositing check returns, reviewing member re-examined drafts, processing member exams, verifying members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
* Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

**All You'll Need for Success**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* A high school degree or GED
* Intermediate Excel and Word experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations
* Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
* Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and a focus on detail
* Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
* Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department
* Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and be an integral part of a team
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data
* Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

* Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
* Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
