**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide exceptional customer service by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Up-sell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

**Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
