**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team as a Part Promoter. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive experience to customers through telephone and email interactions, ensuring that their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. As a responsive and proactive team player, you'll work closely with colleagues to meet departmental targets, utilizing your excellent judgment and communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Demonstrate a high level of customer care skills and empathy while interacting with customers, representatives, and management.
* Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
* Clearly communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Extraordinary Proposals, to customers.
* May lead phases of preparation to sellers on advancements and extraordinary offers.
* May lead post-buy advancements reviews with customers.
* Adhere to all established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards.
* May be required to work in the Contact Center Channel.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* **Capabilities:**
+ Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.

+ Certification in customer service or a related field.
