**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Conducting outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns
* Providing excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure a positive experience for our customers
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
* Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Knowledge of managed care, PBM contracts, and reimbursement issues
* Experience with call campaigns and customer follow-up
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

* Base pay: $17.63 - $29.38
