Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. You will report to our experienced Customer Service Manager and be an integral part of our customer-facing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and courteous way.
  • Handle approximately 30-45 phone calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues related to orders, tracking, and package errors.
  • Utilize instant messaging and Live Chat to resolve customer issues and provide support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solution.
  • Represent arenaflex as the first line of response, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
