**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, including product inquiries, technical support, and billing issues
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, often requiring creative thinking and outside-the-box approaches
