**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
* **Engage with customers**: You'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
* **Research and problem-solve**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Go above and beyond**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for individuals who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1-2 years of experience** in a customer-focused environment
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
* **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll need to be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
* **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime**: You may be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you may be required to work overtime as needed.
* **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to be able to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
