**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
* Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner to build trust and loyalty

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
* A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional results
