**What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues.
* Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional experiences.
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while interacting with customers.

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
* Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
* A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

**Work Environment and Company Culture**

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky.
