**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and navigation, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and comply with blithequark's security policies

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a remote or call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Familiarity with blithequark's products and services
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
