**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing product information, demos, and training to customers as needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Identifying and escalating customer feedback to improve our products and services
* Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**
