**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Essential Qualifications**

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
