We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service Representative team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and maintaining high performance levels. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Ensure that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency

**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health experience (or equivalent experience in a related field)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
