**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring a positive customer experience through professional, timely, and accurate order processing
* Partnering with Sales, Product Management, Accounting, and Operations to meet and exceed customer expectations
* Processing customer orders, including accurate and timely order entry, assigning ship dates, and shipping locations
* Resolving credit hold issues with customers, accounting department, and sales
* Scanning order documents into the optical storage system
* Applying barcodes to documents and scanning order documents into the optical storage system
* Coordinating with customers and the shipping department to optimize freight costs and resolve delivery issues
* Reviewing shipping reports, bills of lading, invoices, orders, customer requirements, and other records to determine priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping and customer receiving schedules
* Utilizing CRM application to verify special pricing and resolve price discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and Customers
* Processing Service-Related Complaints (SRC) and ensuring complete resolution
* Managing customer returns in accordance with standard procedures
* Scheduling and initiating customer returns
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status, including shipping information, inventory availability, freight costs, and pricing
* Performing other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
* Ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred
