**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis, with in-person training at our Warwick, RI location. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through consistent, professional, and superior interpersonal and service skills
* Provide virtual support to customers via telephone, responding to requests and discussing options regarding various aspects of policies and procedures
* Research and respond to customer requests, referring requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas
* Assist with site access and provide complete responses by accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems
* Demonstrate a professional and engaging phone voice, with a true desire to help people
* Work collaboratively with the team to improve service to internal and external customers, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently from home

**Essential Skills and Experience**

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (considering those with customer service experience)
* Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
* Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, screenshots, etc.
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, including evening shifts if needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous call center experience
* Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of arenaflex's products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
* Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and articulate clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvements and problem-solving
* Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation

**Training and Onboarding**

* In-person training at our Warwick, RI location from May 27th, 2025, to June 27th, 2025
* Hours of training: 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
* Post-training hours: 8 AM - 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, with a consistent schedule within that time frame

**Work Environment and Culture**

* Virtual role with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as needed for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc.
