**Position Scope:**
The position of Customer Service Representative at arenaflex provides support for the business processes of the company, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service to our customers and clients. This role is ideal for outstanding Customer Service Representatives who are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing your tasks in a productive and effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with customers via phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed
* Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
* Recording detailed notes of customer communication
* Maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volume current
* Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiry in a way that is creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent to demonstrate the customer's value
* Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients by demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner
* De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
* Recording and documenting customer interaction, including inputting necessary data and keeping records to identify trends for escalation
* Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible
* Operating in a remote work environment by utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
* Adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
* Working a customer service schedule based on high volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry
* Maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Required Skills/Abilities:**

* A clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions
* The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads
* Self-motivation with strong communication skills, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to learn quickly
* The ability to be a reliable individual who can provide consistently excellent work performance
* Experience with a multi-line phone system
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing
* An upbeat and positive attitude
* The ability to maintain the reputation of arenaflex and any assigned clients
* The ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization
**Qualification/Education and Experiences:**
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, education, and experiences:
* An independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Strong customer service skills, with 1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity
* A High School diploma or GED
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
* Must be able to work every other weekend
**Physical Requirements:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
* Spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
* Lift up to 15 pounds at times
