**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
**Requirements**
