**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual opportunity available)
* High-speed internet connection and a self-provided computer or laptop (Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years)
* Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
* Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
* Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
**Training and Development**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive training and development to help you succeed in your role. Our paid training period includes:
* Paid training period with required attendance and participation
* Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
