**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction
* Using customer-provided information to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions
* Crafting acceptable solutions to address customer needs and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat interactions
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience in a similar customer service role or industry

* Ongoing education and training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

* Additional hardware: webcam (external or built-in), USB headset (wired), dual monitors
