**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a proactive and empathetic manner
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
