**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, internet chat, and email
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve customer concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
* High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up (10+ MB down and 512k up preferred)
* Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked (a picture of this space will be required)
* Personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor recommended)
* 19 flat panel monitor (minimum)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
