**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them with a range of product and software issues. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-related queries. We're committed to your growth and will provide ongoing training to ensure you're well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Assist customers with product and software issues, including downloading, logging in, and basic navigation
* Guide customers through document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-related queries
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPSs) to resolve complex issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to customer satisfaction
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Knowledge of tax preparation software and processes
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
