**What to Expect:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
* Ensuring all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into systems
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Reviewing and educating members on available services and their insurance coverage
* Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
**What We're Looking For:**
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
* Strong organizational skills, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision

* Familiarity with healthcare services or transportation logistics
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work overtime as required
