About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You'll work closely with clients to determine their needs, assisting them with travel arrangements, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel and resort accommodations, and rental cars. As a valued member of our team, you'll complete required certifications within a timely manner and participate in ongoing training sessions with blithequark and our travel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with clients to determine their needs and assist them with travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel and resort accommodations, and rental cars
- Complete required certifications within a timely manner and participate in ongoing training sessions with blithequark and our travel partners
- Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios, researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
- Stay organized, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be located in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must have reliable internet access, a smartphone, and/or a computer
- Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience, but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training and certification
