**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a range of product and software issues. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-related queries. We're committed to your growth and will provide ongoing training to ensure you're well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Guide customers through the tax filing process, addressing questions and concerns related to product and software usage
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on product and service improvements
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a tax or financial services environment
* Familiarity with TurboTax products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
