We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, sales representatives, help desk, and back-office processing representatives. The ideal candidates will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

- **Microsoft Office Suite**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- **Windows Operating System**: Basic understanding of Windows operating system.
- **Reliability**: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.

**Conditions of Employment:**
