**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
* Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software tools and systems
