We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused approach for positive customer experience and resolution
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
