**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
* Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, identifying and capitalizing on potential sales
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied and empowered
**Requirements and Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
