**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Providing product information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and technology
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
