**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while also learning and following all customer service procedures and policies. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products and services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* Must reside in California
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
