As a Brand Champion, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service that sets us apart from the competition. **A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion**

As a Brand Champion, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing customer service to our clients across various industries, including cable/telecommunications, education, financial, retail, and healthcare. Your day will be filled with:

* Providing solutions to customer service issues, answering general questions, and addressing billing inquiries
* Troubleshooting problems and finding creative solutions to drive customer satisfaction
* Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
* Working independently to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborating with our team to share best practices and improve customer service processes

**What We're Looking For**

* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and listen to customers
* Empathy and a focus on providing solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a goal of one call resolution
* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

**Work from Home Equipment Requirements**

* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Company-provided equipment
