**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support

**Qualifications**

* US Citizenship

* Bachelor's degree
* Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
