* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
**What you'll need for success**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote work environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
**Preferred qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote work environment

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
